Change Consulting Scotland is a business consulting firm based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our mission is to fundamentally improve businesses, helping them implement their vision, develop strategies and enhance their competencies. Our business consultants are experts in helping companies of all sizes accelerate innovation, improve internal processes, and drive business performance. We have over 30 years of experience running complex change and transformational change programmes – including business change, people change, and technology change.

With backgrounds in the Big Four and FTSE 100, we have successfully made change happen in businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our specialist expertise draws on learnings used in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods, as well as Business Process Transformation and Change Management. Our experts use data extensively to help guide the change journey and lead the way in making data-driven change happen.

Dougie Graham

Programme Director

Dougie oversees and directs all of our change projects and programmes. He draws on a Big Four consulting background with 20 years’ experience in delivering Change.

Specialisation: The use of data to drive decision-making processes to manage and implement Global IT and Change Management Programmes, from small to FTSE 100 size organisations.

Finance Associate

David has a Finance background with over 20 years’ experience in business transformation and technology implementation. A commercially focused leader, he brings a versatile and logical mindset as manager and advisor to plc’s and SME’s, influencing strategic direction.

Olga Kay

Head of Design

Meet Olga, the brilliant mind behind all of our branding, the stunning designs and layouts you see. With over a decade of experience in both print and web, she helps small businesses make a visual impact through her exceptional ability to create clarity and beauty in her designs. Her technical skills are second to none, and she is an Adobe Suite wizard.

Olga holds a postgraduate diploma in Arts Management, which gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of art and business.

Besides design, Olga is a movement professional and anatomy geek. She holds a BA in contemporary dance and is a certified 500h Yoga Medicine teacher. Her love for movement and mindfulness informs her work, as she brings a sense of flow and harmony to every project she takes on.

Cecilia Ho

Business Development Associate

Cecilia facilitates strategy development and project implementation. She brings a FTSE 100 and Tech Startup background supporting C-Suite and Founders to deliver global project analysis, design and implementation. ​

Specialisation: Design-thinking to analyse, design and implement best-fit People, Commercial and Customer-Centric organisational frameworks.

Gavin brings top tier leadership skills honed from leading teams of up to 900 people with annual budgets of up to £300m. Passionate about people, he has over 20 years of professional and Change Management experience across major public and private sector organisations.

Dr. Peter Parkes

Special Change Associate

Peter is a Fellow of the APM and has helped develop several seminal areas of special interest which were absent from the Project Management Body of Knowledge (BoK), which are now taken for granted, including Governance and Assurance. He was on the steering group for the last edition of the BoK, Specific Interest Group (SIG), and served on the board as Trustee and Director from 2010-2013. He brings broad and deep experience from positions up to Project and Programme Director in public sector, private sector, public private partnerships (PPPs) and ‘Big Four’ consultancies.

As a Cabinet Office Gateway Reviewer, we also benefit from his insights into common causes of failure. Peter has also worked in coaching and education in the UK, Canada and Asia, including courses based on his book on soft skills, ‘NLP for Project Management’. Peter has delivered numerous talks on this and other relevant topics across all of APM’s branches and many conferences.

Grant Richardson

Grant has over 25 years’ experience in senior general management and functional leadership roles in B2B Industrial Services, Financial Services and Music.

He delivers significant growth through global standard sales tools, processes and training across more than 20 countries through teams with revenues of up to $1 bn and headcounts over 800.

Grant has a track record of success delivering highly effective international Sales Force Effectiveness programmes underpinned by sales and sales leadership capability development, sales process definition, target setting and incentives, pricing strategy deployment and value and sales proposition development.

Eilidh Poole

Eilidh is our shiny new Graduate Apprentice!

Through our collaboration with Heriot-Watt University, a world leader in innovation, she studies her MA in Business Management while getting stuck into live projects. A firm believer in healthy competition and teamwork, Eilidh brings new eyes, a fresh perspective and a keen appetite for learning to the team.

Fun Fact: Eilidh is a Second Dan black belt in Karate and holds multiple Scottish, British and World titles.
